3. Charges : Mortgage, hyp, pledge, lien, assignment
4. Disbursement of w/c and term loan, promoter’s contribution

Consortium/Syndication

1. Two or more banks get into a formal arrangement
2. Exchange of information
3. Joint documentation/DP allocation
4. For syndication mandate to one bank is given for arranging entire loan
